Authorized Representatives – Fee Structure and Payment Information
At the Occupational Safety Office (OSO), we are committed to ensuring that our certifications and professional development programs remain accessible and equitable worldwide. To maintain fairness, our fee structure for annual maintenance and certification fees are aligned with the World Bank Group’s country classifications by income level, updated annually for the current fiscal year.
Based on this classification, authorized representatives and centers are grouped into three regions:

Once Approuved you will receive our representation certificate with a unique code “ARUC” for authentification and listed in our website :
Important Notes for Authorized Representatives and Centers
- Representatives and centers must review the current World Bank Group country classifications to determine the applicable region and ensure correct fee payment.
- Each authorized representative is responsible for registering learners with OSO promptly upon enrollment.
- All fees must be paid in € or MAD for Moroccan AR and remitted via bank transfer directly to OSO finance@occupationalsafetyoffice.com.
- OSO reserves the right to amend the fee structure at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- We encourage all representatives and centers to carefully review this information to ensure a smooth registration and payment process.
